Today we are making ourselves one super simple,insanely delicious, nutrient rich, super snack!!!

I hope so because today, sweet invisible internet friend of mine we are making ourselves a big ol’ batch of oven baked, moroccan spiced kale chips!

You guys these kale chips are so good I can not even tell you!

Those incredible, curly, kale leaves are massaged with a little coconut oil, seasoned within an inch of their pretty little lives and oven baked into a crispy, crunchy, flavour packed snack that will blow your mind!!!!!

Wafer thin and crispy as all get out!

Shove Pop a handful one into your mouth and what you get is a deliciously light, crisp little crunch, followed by a hit of that sensational, smoky, subtly spicy, light, fresh, moroccan seasoning and then, like magic they just melt away leaving you wanting more, more more!

Let me tell you it’s lucky these kale chips pack a nutritional punch because there is a good chance you will devour the entire batch in one sitting.

Moroccan Spiced {Oven Baked} Kale Chips

Moroccan Spiced {Oven Baked} Kale Chips
Makes approx 2 heaping cups of crispy, crunchy, seriously healthy, Moroccan spiced kale chips

Ingredients –

2 cups (firmly packed) of kale, washed and dried

1 teaspoon of coconut oil, melted and cooled

1 Tablespoon of Moroccan Seasoning

Method –

1 – Preheat oven to 120’C (250’F). Line a large baking tray (or 2) with baking/parchment paper and set aside.

2 – Remove the middle stalk from the kale leaves and cut into smaller pieces (the size you want your chips) and place into a large bowl.

3 – Add coconut oil and your moroccan seasoning then toss to coat.

4 – Place kale leaves in a single layer on your prepared baking tray. Take care not to overcrowd/overlap them.

5 – Bake for 10-15 mins or until slightly browned and nice and crispy.

6 – Remove from the oven and allow your crispy, crunchy kale chips to cool on the baking sheet. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, sprinkle over a little extra moroccan seasoning or an an extra pinch of salt if your heart desires.

7 – Devour Serve immediately or, store in an airtight container (or ziploack bag) for up to 2 weeks (as if they will last that long;))
