My milkshake brings all the boys to the yard, and they’re like it’s better than yours . . .
Sorry but I have that stuck in my head. Actually its been stuck in my head for weeks now!
Ugh soooooo annoying! Just get out already stupid, catchy, annoying song!
Although I’m really sorry to have done that to you pretty sure you will be singing it allllllll day long. Especially once you make this smoothie.
This smoothie is stuff that dreams are made of.
Not that I would know what dreams are made of, insomniac say what?!
Seriously I do not know what the deal is. Can. Not. Sleep.
Probably because I have that stupid milkshake song stuck in my head!
So, so not cool
But you know what is cool . . . this Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie.
Super thick, ice cold, creamy dreamy, sweet, nutty goodness. The perfect treat for any time of day. Midnight insomniac snack included.
This smoothie is subtly sweet from the banana and maple syrup – I mean that in itself is a winning combination but add in a heaping Tablespoon of your fave creamy dreamy peanut butter and you my friend will be in heaven. The nuttiness from the peanut butter combined with the sweetness from the banana and maple syrup . . . I can’t even take it. So, so good!
This smoothie is totally addicting and perfect for anytime of day.
Breakfast, why yes.
Mid morning snack – don’t mind if I do.
Pre-workout power up – totally
Post-work out reward/re-fuel – you betcha’
After dinner indulgence – oh you know it!
Just a handful of all natural, totally healthy ingredients that I bet you have on hand, and a minute in the blender. Literally ready in a minute with no prep work required and you have yourself a super thick, ice cold, subtly sweet, slightly nutty, protein packed drinkable perfection.
