It’s Friday baby!

Not only is it friday but, I just submitted my final assessment for the year!!!!

Holla!!!!!!!!!!

Oh you guys, it feels so good to be done with study and assessments for the year! Let the holiday season begin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, to celebrate I thought we would have ourselves a little fun, who wants to come swing dancing’ with me and my girl Jen – aka – Jen Sinkler of Thrive with Jen ?!

Today we are going to get our sweat on with yet another of Jen’s crazy cool lift weights faster challenges.

Lift Weights Faster

A few weeks ago Jen shared another one of her super awesome lift weights faster challenges – “The Swing Dancer”  . All you need for today’s workout is just one pretty little kettlebell, a swingin’ good attitude and your dancing’ shoes!

Ok so you don’t really need dancing shoes  . . . just a kettlebell, your fine self and your trusty old timer and we are good to go baby!

You guys this workout is all kinds of fun!

It’s hard, fast and all kinds of effective!

Not gonna lie, after completing 3 rounds of this little circuit I was one hot, sweaty mess!

And I felt ah-maze-zing!

Is there anything better than getting good sweat on?!

It was totally what I needed after the crazy week of study I just had. No better way to burn off some stress that to have yourself a hard and fast workout am I right?!

Oh you know I’m totally right, right?! 😉

So, here’s what we are going to do . . . 10 reps each of exercises and we repeat the entire sequence through for a total of 3 rounds.

Simple right?

Knowledge is power baby!

And because nothing makes a challenge more fun than getting a buddy to join you. Why not grab your BFF or a family member or your fave workmate and have yourselves a little healthy competition.

As always make sure you are nice an warm before you start ay workout – Run on the spot, do jumping jacks, jump rope, dance around your living room, anything to get you warm then it’s time to get serious.

Swing Dancer

Finish with a nice little cool down and stretch, maybe take a walk or something anything to help bring your heart rate down. Finish with a few of your fave stretches. Please don’t skip the stretch people, its like dessert for the body.
