This week we are skipping our usual ‘Test it out Tuesday” post but with very good reason my friends . . .

I’m not sure if you guys remember but, last year my sweet sister and I teamed up with the beautiful Brandy of The Marathon Mom to run a fitness challenge – 42 days to fit.

It went really well with ah-mazing results and incredible success stories of people not only losing weight but finding a new, sustainable way of incorporating healthy eating habits, not just for themselves but for the entire family.
