Hey there, friday again already can you even believe it?!

I don’t have any new workouts for you this week because I have decided to take a week off. I plan to have myself a nice, relaxed week of active rest. As of next week I will be heading into my final 4 weeks of Strong Curves  so I need to take a week to let my body recover before we kick things up for the final 4 weeks. A week to deload is definitely in order.

A deload week basically just means that I will be taking a break from heavy lifting . Instead, I will focus on refuelling my body by eating lots of good food, doing some extra stretching as well as going through this back to basics total body workout.

Basic Total Body Workout

I will use lighter weights making sure I stay far, far away from failure. My aim is to just work my body through a good, basic total body workout which will help with my day to day range of motion and it will also help work out some of that (much loved) DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness).  Bring it on!

Pete Evans – Healthy Every Day. You guys this book is beautiful! And it has so many incredible looking recipes. So far I have only been able to test out a couple of recipes but I have loved each and every one. Highly, highly recommend!

Um, how nice is this long sleeve top from Lorna Jane! It’s light weight, and breathable which makes it perfect now that the weather is getting cooler. The colours are gorgeous, and how cool are those little thumb holes?! Want, need, must have!!
