Time to have a little fit friday fun are you in?

I don’t know about you but I’m feeling kinda fried this week, like my brain is maxed out!

I dont know about you but I always feel better after a good workout. Like I can think a little clearer . . . Anyways enough about me . . .

Today we are going to have ourselves a short, sharp, Total Body Super Circuit.

5 exercises x 10 reps each for a total of 4 rounds with a blissful 60 second rest between round.

Sound good?!

Good!

Now, grab yourself something for resistance, you only really need one weight this week so feel free to use dumbbells or a kettle bell whichever you prefer. Just make sure you choose something appropriate for your strength, don’t be afraid to challenge yourself ok?

Chances are –

Stronger than you think

Take your time, concentrate, focus and breathe through each and every exercise. Make. It. Count!

Give each exercise everything you have then move to the next exercise as quickly as possible with little to no rest in-between (of course listen to your body if you feel like you need a second to grab a drink and catch you breath by all means do so but only if you really need it ok?) then we savour our delicious and well earned 60 seconds rest and kick it through 3 more times for a total of 4 short rounds, got it?

OK enough with the chit chat, whose ready to get their sweat on?

The Total Body Super Circuit

First up make sure you are nice an warm before you get started – Run on the spot, do jumping jacks, jump rope, dance around your living room, anything to get you warm then it’s time work –

Finish with a nice little cool down and stretch, maybe take a walk or something anything to help bring your heart rate down. Finish with a few of your fave stretches. Please don’t skip the stretch people, its like dessert for the body.

And because working out is way more fun when you get a buddy to join you. Why not grab your BFF or a family member or your fave workmate and have yourselves a good old fashion sweatfest 😉
