Hey yo, I made you a burger!
Well actually I made me a burger that was so good I just had to share it with you 🙂
It’s no secret how much I love, love, love to get my burger on right?!
And, well, considering we just made some of the best BBQ sauce I have ever tasted I figured we should make ourselves an incredible little burger to go with it!
And um you guys . . . this burger is so incredible it’s kind of ridiculous!
I know, I know I say it about every single burger I make for us but, you guys . . . I think I may have outdone myself this time . . .
Is it ok that I just said that?!
I hope so . . . I feel kinda awkward saying it but you guys . . . this Asian style turkey burger is tha’ bomb!
It’s succulent and juicy and packed with all those traditional, Asian inspired flavours we know and love. Think garlic, ginger, chilli, tamari and fish sauce which sounds kinda scary and gross but trust me, these burgers are so insanely delicious they may very well just knock your socks off!!
Seriously though, these burgers are so delicious that saying they are delicious doesn’t even come close to doing them justice but, I can not for the life of me think of anything other way to describe them?!
Anyways, I think you get the point . . . Asian style turkey burgers = seriously delish, moving on . . .
Let’s see now, aside from that fact that they are insanely delicious what else can I tell you about these divine little burgers of ours . . . they are all natural made with just a handful of ingredients that I bet you have on hand already, and they come together in a matter of minutes.
Minimal ingredients + minimum effort = maximum flavour ♥♥♥
Not only are these burgers quick and easy to prepare while at the same time packing a serious flavour punch but, they also happen to be seriously healthy – low carb, grain free and paleo friendly!
But, just because they are super healthy doesn’t mean they are super boring – one bite and you’ll see these burgers are succulent, juicy and simply incredible!
I think the trick to getting our burgers super juicy is the grated zucchini, It kind of steams the burgers from the inside while the outside is getting all crisp and caramelised. Although you can’t taste the zucchini once the burgers are cooked so no one ever has to know our cheeky little secret . . . a sneaky serve a veg with your super juicy burger – yes please!
Oh I really think you guys are going to love, love, love these!
They are succulent, juicy, light, fresh, crispy, crunchy, salty, sweet and simply divine.
And thats just the burgers on all on their very own, wait till you load them up with all those delicious toppings!!!!!
The contrast in textures will blow your pretty little mind!
The crisp crunch of that shaved purple cabbage, the pop of fresh, juicy, sweetness from those baby tomatoes, the smooth and creamy, dreamy chunks of avocado, the buttery crunch of those chopped cashews, the aromatic sprinkling of fresh coriander, the cheeky hit of chilli and then we drizzle it all in some of our thick, rich, smoky, sweet Asian style BBQ sauce . . .
Seriously I have no words . . .
Who said turkey burgers were tasteless and boring?! Not this girl that’s for sure!
FYI – When I say these burgers are succulent and juicy I mean it . . . I’m talking so succulent and so juicy it will be dripping off your chin, running down your arm – just the way a good burger should be!
Oh you guys I seriously can not wait for you guys to try these bad boys. Please, please, please do yourself a favour and make these burgers ASAP!
Quick and easy to prepare, seriously healthy, insanely delicious and would you just look at the colour!!!!!
And yes, I suggest you make mine a double stack 😉

This looks delicious! Thank you so much for your detailed recipe and yummy looking pictures. I’ll look forward to trying the burgers myself!
I think the Paleo diet is just great. I am seeing and feeling the benefits of the diet for a long time now. Not only have I lost weight, but I feel much more energised, and much better in myself. I think the reason is that whilst the paleo diet may be a diet, I do actually eat much much varied food than I did previously. All I’ve done is taken out the stodge that my body finds hard to digest, and added more types of fruit, veg, and indeed meat.
I’ve now actually taken an interest in cooking paleo meals, which I can guarentee is 100% better than throwing some ready meals in the oven like I used to.
I’m currently reviewing paleo cookbooks on my website and think you might be interested: http://cookbook-reviews.net/
Maybe I could even feature your website sometime? Let me know what you think.
So glad to hear you have found a healthy, balanced, sustainable way to eat that has brought you such wonderful results and has you feeling so well.
That truly is wonderful.
Hmmm… Burgers! This is why I love the low carb / keto / paleo diet.
Thanks for sharing your asian style turkey burgers!
Oh yes, love my burgers and these are one of my faves!!!
You’re very welcome, enjoy 🙂
