So remember a few weeks ago when I told you I was totally addicted to making smoothies and may never eat a solid meal again?
Well what can I say . . . I may have created myself a lil mini me smoothie monster . . . and I’m true to my word.
We have been crazy busy and super sick these last few weeks. Can be vacation time yet?
No? Booooo
Let’s just have ourselves a summer time smoothie and pretend we are sunning ourselves on a beautiful beach somewhere then ok?
Good.
Whether it’s your summer time vacation or your crazy busy and battling big time colds, pesky chewing . . . “ain’t nobody got time for that!”
This smoothie is not only outrageously delicious (even if I do say so myself) its also seriously healthy even though it could totally (and often does) pass for dessert.
Smooth and super creamy from the frozen banana, perfectly sweet thanks to mr mango with a little tartness and an extra hit of protein from the Greek yoghurt.
Perfect for a pre/post workout snack, breakfast on the go or even dessert.
Or if your just feeling sick, tired and a little lazy and can’t be bothered with that whole chewing thing, this mango and banana super smoothie is the answer! Only 4 ingredients, less than a minute in the blender and you have yourself a seriously healthy, seriously satisfying, seriously filling meal, no pesky chewing required!
Banana and Mango Super Smoothie saves the day!!!!!! (← clearly I wasn’t kidding about that whole needing a vacation thing . . . help?!)

1 sachet of stevia
1/2 teaspoon of xanthan gum (You should be able to find Xanthan Gum in the health food section of your local supermarket.)
