I am seriously in love with these empower foods – low carb power wraps
Lunch time lately ↑
– Empower foods, low carb tortilla spread with
– Lots of avocado then topped with –
– My fave, paleo Roasted garlic and beetroot “hummus”
– Baby Spinach
– Shaved carrots
– Sliced Tomato, and lots of freshly ground black pepper
3 – What I’m Drinking –
Say hello to my new, fave smoothie –
– 1 cup Blue Diamond Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
– 1/2 cup water
– 1/4 cup of frozen strawberries
– a few chunks of frozen banana
– 1/2 scoop of Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey – Vanilla Ice Cream protein powder
– 1 heaping tsp of Power Superfoods – Maca Smoothie Blend with Cacao
– 1 cup of ice
This is by far the best maca blend I have tried (and I have tried a few) it blends well into smoothies, oats or even just stir it though some Greek yoghurt. No chalky aftertaste, just smooth, chocolately deliciousness with a bunch of health benefits – high in protein (20 amino acids), essential fatty acids, vitamins, and too many minerals and trace elements to list!
Cacao Power has 360% MORE antioxidants than regular cocoa, and is a source of beta-carotene, protein/aminos, calcium, zinc, iron, potassium, chromium and magnesium.

2 of my fave ladies, Jill Coleman (of JillFit Physiques) and Jen Sinkler (Thrive with Jen) join forces to bring this weeks lift weights faster challenge!
Grab yourself a set of lightweight dumbbells and a trusty old timer and get ready to get on up to get down baby?!

As always make sure you are nice an warm before you start ay workout – Run on the spot, do jumping jacks, jump rope, dance around your living room, anything to get you warm then it’s time to get serious.
Finish with a nice little cool down and stretch, maybe take a walk or something anything to help bring your heart rate down. Finish with a few of your fave stretches. Please don’t skip the stretch people, its like dessert for the body.
