1 – What I’m Reading –
You guys I am beyond excited to have this cookbook in my hot little hands!
Jessica (created or How sweet it is) is one of my fave food bloggers of all time and when she said she was writing a cookbook I knew it was going to be nothing short of ah-maze-zing! Let me tell you it is everything I hoped it would be and more!
Girlfriend is seriously talented both in the kitchen and behind the camera she is forever pushing the limits when it comes to outrageous flavour combinations that although sound all kinds of crazy, they totally work! She also happens to be absolutely stunning as well as down right hilarious! Love, love, love!!!
Seriously Delish is incredible! The food, the photos, the stores. It’s just perfection. I want to make, eat and drink all of the things so much so I can not for the life of me decide where to begin . . .
– Roasted cherry, coconut and qunioa breakfast bowls!
– Wedge salad with pomegranate, chives and toasted almonds!
– Banana macaroon smoothie!!!
– Cinnamon Sugared bacon!!
– Chocolate and Peanut butter lovers brownies!!!!!
Help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
3 – What I’m Eating –
Still crazy in love with those Quest Nutrition Protein Bars.

3 – Recipes I’m pinning –

Because there’s always room for ice cream.
Always!!!
4 – Workouts I’m doing –
This 20 minute total body metabolic workout created by the one and only Jill Coleman (AKA JillFit Physiques) that one of my super sweet, super fit lifting friends shared with me
Grab your trusty ol’ timer and a set of dumbbells, you will be using the same weight for all exercises, some will feel much easier than others but you don’t want to be messing about switching up the weights. For point of reference I used 15 lbs and it was more than heavy enough for me!
As always make sure you are nice an warm before you start ay workout – Run on the spot, do jumping jacks, jump rope, dance around your living room, anything to get you warm then it’s time to get serious.
Finish with a nice little cool down and stretch, maybe take a walk or something anything to help bring your heart rate down. Finish with a few of your fave stretches. Please don’t skip the stretch people, its like dessert for the body.
5 – E-cards I’m lovin’ –

Not. Even. Kidding!
