Happiness is . . .
I mean honestly, is there anything better than the smell (and taste) of a freshly baked loaf of banana bread?!
Answer, no!
Especially one that’s been enriched with chocolate and swirled with creamy, dreamy peanut butter.
The scent alone is simply divine but the taste . . .
Oh the taste!
You guys, this peanut butter choc fudge banana bread is the stuff that dreams are made of!
It’s decadent and rich, but not too rich, subtly sweet, deliciously indulgent and just pure perfection . . . even if I do say so myself!
The richness of cacao combined with the sweetness of those over-ripe bananas, a splash of vanilla, the dreamy swirl of peanut butter and a gentle hum of cinnamon . . .
Next level delicious my friend!
And, would you just look at it . . .
. . . those swirls 😍😍😍
Made with no refined flours or sugars using just a handful of ingredients that I bet you have on hand already and bakes up to delicious, delectable, devour-able perfection in less than an hour!
Simply throw all your ingredients into your trusty ol’ food processor or blender and let it do the work for you.
✳️Blend ✳️ Pour ✳️ Bake ✳️ Devour!
Decadent enough to be savored as a late night (or anytime) treat but it’s also light and (secretly) healthy enough to be served for breakfast, with a big ol’ vat of coffee, of course.
Serve it simply as it it is and you, my friend, are in for a real treat but, if I may be so bold as to suggest that you slather it with coconut yogurt (vanilla bean for me please) top it with some sliced banana, an extra drizzle of creamy, dreamy peanut butter and sprinkle over some crisp and crunchy cacao nibs . . .
OoooOOOOoOO yes. Load me up!
