3 – Blog’s I’m Loving –
JillFit Physiques – Transform your body and your mind. Hosted by the one and only Jill Coleman, girlfriend has shared so much great information, everything from workouts, to recipes, to interviews with other fitness professionals but the one thing that is standing out to me at the moment is the 4 week food obsession boot camp she is about to launch.
Over the past month or so quite a few people I know have come forward and opened up about some disordered eating habits that have unfortunately and unintentionally been picked up along their travels towards better health and fitness.
Although they desperately want to kick these habits to the curb it’s something that is proving easier said than done. This is a real issue, try as they might they seem to be having a bit of a hard time shaking them. Something that started out with the best intentions to eat well, be active and get healthy has become an unhealthy obsession with counting calories/macros/over excessing (yes there is such a thing) it’s making them miserable, it’s all consuming and it’s no way to live.
Sadly this is a very real issue for many and the scary thing is it’s becoming more and more common.
Jill has put together a 4 week online program designed to help people who are struggling with disordered eating. Jill is an inspirational woman who has to much helpful information to share. She has struggled with this issue herself and come through the other side to life a full, happy, healthy, fit, exceptional, inspirational and balanced life.
If you think you personally or someone you love may be interested or benefit from looking into taking part is this program you can get he details here
