With Mother’s day just a few days away I thought I would put together a short list of a few of my favorite deliciously simple, secretly healthy recipes that would be perfect to serve for Mother’s Day brunch, or lunch or anytime because well, brunch!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

All of the recipes you see below are super simple to put together, made with just a handful of ingredients that I bet you have on hand already and come together in less than 30 minutes!
